An action fun entertainer set in Lucknow that brings us up close with the carefree world of Adi (Abhimanyu) a pampered no-gooder who has lived all his life under the protection of his brother. When he meets Natasha (Shirley Setia), it turns out to be a match made in heaven. However, Adi`s life turns upside down when Avni (Shilpa Shetty), a no-nonsense woman enters his and his brother`s lives.

Nani(Nani) a middle-class guy who stays with his sister in law(Bhumika). Rest of the story is as to how a simple guy like Nani confronts the dreaded gangster and saves his sister
